[1] Be respectful. Bullying will not be tolerated.

[2] Griefing is only allowed in the wilderness, town griefing is not allowed.

[3] No swearing or excessive use of caps.

[4] No spamming/advertising/begging for staff.

[5] No hacking or use of modded clients.

[6] No exploiting the economy in any way.

[7] No mob grinders, fall traps, or anything that gives damage to the monster automatically/without you needing to damage it.

[8] Only one spawner per room or if outside must be at least 25 blocks away from another spawner. 

[9] Report bugs and bad players.
